and Erik Siegel have settled a medical malpractice wrongful death case on behalf of the parents of a baby that died at a local hospital during delivery following the hospital’s failure to timely deliver the baby during a 20-hour labor period despite signs and symptoms of fetal distress over the last six hours of her mother’s labor. Thanks also goes out to Sheila Adzie for her compassionate counseling to the family throughout the case. The terms and amount of the settlement are confidential.
