Jennifer L. Amdur

Erik Siegel is a litigator with a concentration on medical malpractice and personal injury law. He is passionate about helping those injured or otherwise harmed through no fault of their own. Erik is licensed to practice law in Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, Erik practiced at a commercial litigation firm handling a wide array of business matters including employment disputes, contract disputes, regulatory matters, FINRA and AAA arbitration proceedings, and various other transactional matters.
Kelly E. Ferraro
Kelly Ferraro practices in the area of complex class action litigation and medical malpractice law. Formerly our lead medical malpractice paralegal with the firm between 2010-2014, Kelly was instrumental in the success of many of our largest verdicts and settlements well before she even became an attorney. Kelly is currently co-counseling on some of the firm’s most complex medical malpractice cases and is actively involved in our representation of many retired NFL football players in the NFL brain concussion class action which is pending in the U.S. District Court of Philadelphia.
Marla graduated with a BA and LLB from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Marla practiced as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney for over a decade in South Africa.
Sheila graduated from Baker College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Business Management. She currently works as a medical malpractice and personal injury paralegal. Sheila is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Karina De Leon
Karina graduated in May 2014 from Boston University with a major in Linguistics and minors in Speech Pathology and Arabic from the College of Arts and Sciences. She is a personal injury paralegal. Karina is Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from the University Nove De Julho, Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2009. She works as the firm’s marketing/social media coordinator and receptionist. Amanda is multilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Mackenzie graduated from Quinnipiac University in May of 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Mackenzie is a medical malpractice and personal injury paralegal.
Colleen graduated from High Point University with a B.A. in Communications where she was also a Division 1 Soccer Player. Colleen is currently a legal assistant/assistant marketing associate for the firm.
