Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have settled a wrongful death medical malpractice case against a Connecticut OBGYN group and Connecticut Hospital on behalf of the estate of a 12lb baby girl who died of asphyxia as a result of the defendants’ failure to timely diagnose our client’s mother’s preeclampsia during the late stages of her pregnancy and deliver our client before she sustained fatal injuries.
