Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have filed a lawsuit in Hartford Superior Court against Manchester Memorial Hospital and four different specialists who failed to timely diagnose and treat our client’s spinal epidural abscess and spinal osteomyelitis. Our client, a 60 year old information technology specialist, lost all feeling in his lower extremity over the course of ten days while he was a patient at the defendant hospital, despite repeated complaints to various medical specialists. Our client has been rendered a paraplegic and will never walk or work again as a result of the defendants’ negligence.
