Dan is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice law. Prior to joining our firm, Dan most recently worked for a well known Stamford law firm and previously served as a Trial Attorney and Senior Counsel in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. He spent over five years representing the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in a variety of matters including complex civil rights claims and municipal liability claims. Dan conducted numerous jury trials in the Bronx on behalf of the City of New York.
Finally, before working in the Bronx, Dan handled the Manhattan Borough Unit’s highest exposure negligence and intentional tort cases against the City. During his tenure representing the City, Dan took and defended over 150 depositions, won multiple jury trials, negotiated favorable settlements, and received the New York City Law Department’s Division Chief Award.

Dan also serves as the mock trial coach for the All-Stamford High School Team, which finished second overall in the 2021 Civics First Statewide High School Competition.
Dan is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut and New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Dan is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Dan has authored numerous articles on trial tactics in CTLA’s Forum magazine.
