Christina Hanna is an award-winning attorney who heads the personal injury section of the firm. For almost 20 years, she has been a strong voice for injured victims throughout Connecticut and has obtained substantial awards for many of her clients. In addition, Christina takes pride in her hands-on approach with each client and is actively involved in each case she handles. Christina resolves between 150-200 personal injury cases per year through settlement or trial, and she annually tries, mediates, or arbitrates many cases to a successful conclusion.

Christina has been counsel and co-counsel in a number of significant personal injury cases. Some of Christina’s recent awards include:

  • $7,500,000 total award on behalf of a client who sustained a catastrophic amputation below the knee in a car versus motorcycle collision.
  • $2,900,000 settlement for a mom who sustained multiple fractures and her in utero baby who was born prematurely with a brain bleed following an automobile collision.
  • $1,525,000 wrongful death award on behalf of the estate of a client who sustained catastrophic injuries and died following an automobile collision.
  •  $1,100,000 arbitration award for a client who sustained significant injuries in an automobile collision.
  •  $750,000 policy limit settlement on behalf of a client who suffered multiple fractures in a motorcycle collision.
  •  $500,000 workers compensation survivor benefits settlement on behalf of a widow.
  •  $406,000 recovery for a client who sustained permanent back injuries in an automobile collision.

Christina is also involved in many community and athletic activities in lower Fairfield County where she resides with her husband and children.

Christina earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and her J.D. at Quinnipiac University School of Law. Christina remains an active alumni of Quinnipiac and was a member of the former Dean’s Council. Christina is very involved in the firm’s Charitable Fund and a strong advocate of many of the non-profits that the firm’s Charitable Fund supports. Christina also sits on the Board of Directors of Circle of Care which provides practical, emotional, and financial assistance to Connecticut families through programs and services that meet the unique and challenging needs of pediatric cancer treatment.
