Jennifer Amdur and Dan Brill have settled a complex parking lot design defect case against a condominium association on behalf of a client who sustained catastrophic injuries after being crushed by a car involved in a chain reaction accident. According to Amdur,
“The condo association modified its parking lot many years ago by installing dangerous tandem parking spaces without obtaining town approval which violated city zoning regulations and created a hazardous condition for cars and pedestrians.
Unfortunately, our client paid the price for the defendant’s recklessness when he was walking to his car on the morning of his accident.”
