Russ Berkowitz has filed a medical malpractice wrongful death lawsuit against St. Vincent’s Medical Center on behalf of the parents of a full-term baby that died at birth. The death came as the result of the hospital’s failure to timely deliver the baby by Caesarean section despite obvious signs of fetal distress for several hours prior to delivery.
