At Berkowitz and Hanna LLC, the law firm’s attorneys take pride in giving back to the community. The firm’s charitable fund supports many local organizations, and today we are highlighting Homes With Hope.
The organization has a simple but important mission: to help solve homelessness in the community through supportive housing. Homes With Hope serves the homeless (and those at risk of homelessness) by providing food, safe emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and the supportive services needed to achieve a more independent and self-sufficient life. It operates 33 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals and families in Westport and Norwalk.
Berkowitz and Hanna LLC is happy to be able to contribute to this impressive organization. Food and shelter are the most basic of necessities, and helping people secure those necessities is an important undertaking. Charitable organizations like Homes With Hope really do make a difference.
