Russ Berkowitz and Kelly Ferraro have filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Yale New Haven Hospital and Yale School of Medicine in New Haven Superior Court on behalf of a baby that was born with profound brain damage and paralysis as a result of Yale’s failure to timely deliver our client by c-section, despite obvious signs and symptoms of fetal distress over the course of our client’s mom’s two day course of labor. Our client, who is presently unable to walk or talk, will require lifetime care as a result of his birth injuries.
