and Erik Siegel have settled a medical malpractice wrongful death case on behalf of the estate of a 54-year-old female client who was negligently discharged from a hospital emergency after only 38 minutes despite obvious signs and symptoms of a cardiac problem. Following her emergency room discharge client’s condition progressively deteriorated over the next 24 hours and she died.
