Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have settled a medical malpractice case against a Connecticut hospital on behalf of a baby boy who sustained a profound brain injury at birth following the hospital’s failure to timely perform an emergency c-section during the mother’s labor period despite obvious signs and symptoms of fetal distress. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
