We have recently filed a lawsuit in Bridgeport Superior Court against a Fairfield, Connecticut rehabilitation facility on behalf of the estate of a recovering brain injured client who escaped from the facility, collapsed on the facilities’ premise, and was found frozen to death on the facilities’ grounds two weeks later. We will provide updated information on the case as details become available.
