Jennifer Amdur has settled a confidential wrongful death medical malpractice case on behalf of a young girl as a result of a radiologist’s failure to timely advise our client’s pediatric neurosurgeon of a critical finding on an MRI. According to Amdur, “the failure of the hospital’s radiologist to immediately notify our client’s attending physician that her brain hydrocephalus was worsening was egregious. The way our client died is so sad. Her family lost a beautiful and sweet girl as a result of the negligence of defendants.”
