Jennifer Amdur and Andy Wildstein have settled a medical malpractice wrongful death case on behalf of the estate of a client who died as a result of the failure of a medical clinic run by the United States of America and another medical provider to timely and properly treat our client’s well documented malnutrition which she developed following a bariatric surgery.
According to Attorney Amdur
“our client was a loving mother and grandmother who was left immunocompromised as a result of the defendants egregious care and which lead her to deteriorate, develop sepsis and pneumonia and ultimately die. The family is heartbroken.”
Our client’s estate will receive $2,000,000.00 from the United States of America and a confidential sum from one of the other medical providers involved in the case. We are proceeding to trial against the final defendant in the case this spring.
