Russ Berkowitz had been awarded a confidential medical malpractice wrongful death award on behalf of the estate of our client as a result of a hospital radiologist’s failure to diagnose our client’s brain bleed following a fall. According to Berkowitz, “Our client trusted his medical providers that they would not put him in harm’s way by misdiagnosing such a serious and obvious condition.” Unfortunately, the failure to timely diagnose and treat our client’s brain bleed was catastrophic as he deteriorated over the course of several hours and died the following day.
