Christina Hanna has been awarded a premise liability settlement on behalf of a client who sustained severe permanent injuries to his back and head following a fall on a roof of a commercial building, which was debris-filled following prior repair work. Our client, the building’s operating engineer, was assisting a vendor at the time he fell. According to Hanna “our client was just in the wrong place at the wrong time when this horrible safety hazard caused him to fall and sustain injuries which have rendered him totally disabled for life.”
