Russ Berkowitz, Jennifer Amdur, and Andy Wildstein have been awarded a medical malpractice wrongful death settlement on behalf of the estate of a client who sustained excessive and uncontrolled bleeding during surgery, causing her to arrest and die.
According to Berkowitz,
“Our client was a beautiful young woman who had her whole life ahead of her. Unfortunately, the egregiousness of the care she received during her medical procedure has prematurely stripped her of her future.”
