Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have obtained a medical malpractice award against a hospital and a number of medical providers on behalf of a client who was rendered a partial paraplegic as a result of a spinal infection that progressed to a spinal abscess and which compressed our client’s spinal cord for almost two weeks before a diagnosis was made.
Unfortunately, the delay in diagnosis caused irreversible damage. Special thanks go out to Mackenzie Miska, Marla Menachemson, and Emily Chumas for their role in bringing this matter to a successful conclusion.
