Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have recently settled an obstetrical medical malpractice case against a hospital on behalf of a child who sustained a permanent brain injury at birth as a result of the hospital’s medical provider’s failure to timely deliver our client.
According to Attorney Amdur,
“There was a long delay by the hospital in recognizing that our client was in fetal distress and needed an emergency c-section to avoid him sustaining a hypoxia ischemic injury. Sadly, because of the delayed delivery, our client’s life will be altered forever.”
