Jennifer Amdur and Andy Wildstein have been awarded a confidential medical malpractice settlement on behalf of the estate of a client who died as a result of a hospital’s medical providers failing to timely treat his bowel obstruction.
According to Amdur,
“Our client languished in the hospital with a bowel obstruction that progressed to bowel ischemia, bowel necrosis, and ultimately his death. He was a successful, fun-loving, family man who died way too young as a result of the defendant’s egregious negligence.”
