Russ Berkowitz and Erik Siegel have filed a medical malpractice action in Bridgeport Superior Court against Timothy Ehrlich, M.D., and St. Vincent’s Medical Center on behalf of a client who sustained significant and permanent abdominal injuries and has been forced to undergo multiple surgical procedures, including the removal of her stomach, as a result of the defendants’ failure to timely diagnose her anastomotic leak following her weight loss surgery. In addition, our client will require a feeding tube the rest of her life.
