Jennifer Amdur has been awarded a wrongful death settlement on behalf of the estate of a 32 week baby who died in utero as a result of the failure of hospital and OBGYN medical providers to timely diagnose and treat our client’s preeclampsia with severe features. According to Amdur, “despite glaring signs and symptoms of a medical emergency, it was egregious of the defendants to miss the diagnosis and discharge our client’s mother from the their office and hospital while our client fought for her life in utero”.
