Jennifer Amdur and Russ Berkowitz have reached a settlement agreement with a hospital and an OBGYN medical group on behalf of a baby that was born with a hypoxic brain injury as a result of a delayed delivery despite obvious and signs and symptoms of fetal distress during her mother’s labor period.
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
