Jennifer Amdur and Kelly Ferraro have settled a medical malpractice wrongful death case against a hospital on behalf of the estate of a 72 year old former corporate executive who died at the defendant hospital several days after his back surgery despite repeated complaints of chest pain to the hospital staff. Our client ultimately sustained a massive heart attack that killed him.
