Russ Berkowitz has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Estate of Michael Yale alleging that an emergency room physician failed to properly diagnose Michael’s sepsis and improperly discharged him home despite signs and symptoms of said sepsis. The following morning, Yale collapsed and was taken to the ER by ambulance. After going into cardiac arrest, he was pronounced dead about an hour later.
