Russ Berkowitz and Jennifer Amdur have just obtained a wrongful death medical malpractice award on behalf of the estate of a 78 year old client who died as a result of a nursing home’s failure to timely diagnose and treat a pressure ulcer that eventually caused him to go into septic shock, lead him to sustain multi-organ failure, and ultimately caused his death.
