Erik Siegel has been awarded a medical malpractice settlement on behalf of a client who sustained permanent neurological injuries following his negligent discharge at a Connecticut hospital despite the signs and symptoms of a stroke.
According to Siegel,
“Our client’s life will never be the same as a result of the hospital’s failure to timely diagnose and treat his stroke-like symptoms.”
