Christina Hanna has been awarded a confidential wrongful death premises liability settlement on behalf of a 101 year old client who fell seven stories to his death from his apartment window.
According to Hanna, “our client was a kind older man who was left unsupervised by his nursing provider in his apartment with his living room window open. While our client led a long, productive life, he and his family entrusted his care with his provider and didn’t deserve to die in such a catastrophic manner.”
