Kelly Ferraro has settled a catastrophic automobile accident case on behalf of a client who was violently struck by a truck on I-95. Our client, a 25 year old graduate student, sustained multiple permanent injuries in the accident, including a severe traumatic brain injury that caused him to miss an entire year of school.
According to Ferraro, “ our client’s vehicle was crushed with him stuck inside it for 20 minutes. It’s a miracle he is alive today.”
