Andy Wildstein has settled a medical malpractice case against a hospital and it’s surgical team on behalf of a client who woke up blind in one eye following his neck surgery. According to Wildstein, “the surgical team used an antiseptic solution that negligently leaked into our client’s eye and burned his cornea causing our client to lose all vision in his eye. Wildstein says our client’s eye is permanently damaged and his eye injury has significantly altered every aspect of his life, including his ability to work, every day personal tasks, and recreational activities.” The terms of the settlement are confidential.
