Andy Wildstein has settled a medical malpractice wrongful death action on behalf of a client who died during his hospital admission because of his hospital medical providers’ failure to timely diagnose and treat his post-operative gastrointestinal bleed. According to Attorney Wildstein, “our client had signs and symptoms of a gastrointestinal bleed for days before his medical providers made the diagnosis. Unfortunately, by the time his diagnosis was made, our client’s bleed had progressed to an irreversible and fatal gastric hemorrhage. Such a sad outcome for our client and his family”.
The settlement against the defendant’s medical providers is confidential.
