Andy Wildstein and Russ Berkowitz have settled a cancer medical malpractice case on the eve of trial on behalf of a 48-year-old client whose doctors failed to timely diagnose his lung cancer until his cancer reached the latest stage of the disease. According to Wildstein,
“Our client was never offered life-saving imaging during his annual lung cancer screening, which would have diagnosed his lung cancer at a much earlier stage of the disease. Instead, our client’s cancer has spread throughout his body, and his life has been significantly shortened as a result of the defendant’s negligence.”
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
