Russ Berkowitz and Eric Siegel have resolved a medical malpractice case against an obstetrician and a hospital on behalf of a client who sustained a stroke in the hospital following the delivery of her baby as a result of untreated high blood pressure during her labor, delivery, and postpartum period. As a result of the defendants’ negligence, our client sustained a massive brain hemorrhage that has left her permanently paralyzed and unable to care for herself or her three children.
