Russ Berkowitz has reached a wrongful death medical malpractice settlement with a Connecticut hospital on behalf of the estate of a baby who sustained an irreversible brain injury at birth and died two days later as a result of the hospital’s failure to timely deliver the baby.
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
