Russ Berkowitz has settled a medical malpractice case against a hospital for $935,000.00 on behalf of a 53 year old client who sustained an undiagnosed bowel perforation during hernia surgery and subsequently developed devastating permanent medical complications to her gastrointestinal tract including having part of her stomach removed.
